Terms & Conditions

1. The person or organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Litherland party hire cannot accept liability for any injury caused to terms and conditions not being followed.

2. No facepaint, silly string, party poppers to be used either on or near our soft play/inflatables. If any are used this will incur a cleaning charge.

3. All shoes must be removed (not socks) when using our inflatables and soft play.

4. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near our equipment, this will avoid choking and mess.

5. Any incidents or damages, losses, injuries or accidents must be reported to us immediately.

6. Please make sure everyone is off the unit during inflation or deflation .

7. No climbing or sitting on sides of the inflatable's. We will not be held responsible for any Injuries.

8. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatables and soft play at all times, users being aggressively should be removed.

9. In the event of heavy rain please switch of any electronic equipment and take indoors or cover up.

10. No smoking or bbq's near soft play or inflatables.
